Schedule Change Information

Fall 2022 student class schedules are now viewable in PowerSchool.
 
On Thursday, September 1st there will be in-person schedule changes for students 1-4 PM in the Library at AMS. First come first served. Please let me know if you can't make it and I will begin to process it on the 30th.
 
If students cannot make it on the 1st, students may email me after August 30th with the proposed change(s) and I will work with them over email to try and satisfy the request. 
 
Just a reminder, these are requests and are not guaranteed.
 

Acceptable reasons for a schedule change:

(1) A class period is MISSING or REPEATED (ex. two periods of science, no math course, etc)

(2) Student is placed in a class for the incorrect grade level (ex. a 6th grader is in an 8th grade class).

(3) Interested in changing electives (Remember, this is a request and is not guaranteed).


*Unacceptable Reasons for a schedule change request:

(1) Student wants to be in a specific class with friends

(2) Student wants a different teacher

(3) Student wants to have a different lunch
