Community Resource Update: Adapt Integrated Health Care is the new Community Mental Health Program

Adapt Integrated Health Care is the new Community Mental Health Program in Curry County starting on January 1st of 2022. It is a nonprofit with a 50-year history providing Behavioral Health and Primary Care services in Southern Oregon.

The 24/7 Crisis line will remain the same as what Curry Community Health had in place 1-877-519-9322 (toll free) but there will be a new business line (877) 408-8941 (toll free) that can be used to call Adapt offices in Curry County directly during business hours (Starting January 4th, 2022). There is just one number, and it will connect to local staff who will help direct you to the right person to help with your needs.

Adapt has offices in Brookings, Gold Beach, and a part-time office in Port Orford. Initially the focus will be establishing services that have been in place through Curry Community Health, so that those needs are being met. This includes the Crisis Team, ACT, EASA, and support for those with Severe Mental Illness (SMI). There are a number of other programs that are also being supported from day one including Aid and Assist, PSRB, supporting clients in supportive housing or Residential Treatment Programs and a few others.

If you are needing support for Behavioral Health issues or if you have questions, please reach out to Adapt staff through the main office number or if you or someone you know is in crisis, please use the 24/7 Crisis Line.
