Please sign up on (click on the link below) and pay the $65.00 fee (cash or check to the office, or ONLINE PAYMENT icon for credit cards) before the first competition.

****If your student does not have health insurance, you can purchase some at the link below. You will need to have your student ID number, and a credit card. Print off the confirmation and bring it to the office. Choose the "At School" option.

Azalea Middle School Knowledge Bowl


Knowledge bowl is a trivia competition, where teams of 3-4 students compete against teams from other schools in Southwest Oregon. Trivia questions are based on math, science, language arts, social studies, sports, health and some general knowledge. Below is a list of the days that we will be competing.

There will also be weekly practice sessions every Monday from 3:30-4:30 in Mr. Patchen’s room (27).  The fee to participate is $25.00.

Magic the Gathering Club
Do you like fantasy? Do you like card games where you have to think a little bit? If you do, then come join us at The Magic the Gathering Club. Don't worry if you've never played before, Mr. Johnson will teach you the ropes.

When:Thursdays after school. 
Dungeons and Dragons Club
Are you interested in action, and adventure? Do you love fantasy movies and books? Do you enjoy telling stories? Have you ever wanted to try playing Dungeons and Dragons? Mr. Boyatt is excited to teach you this fun game.
Where: Room 5
When: Wednesdays after school.
